Feel at home with passion and tradition.
We host you in a typical Tuscan red brick farmhouse where we also live. The original structure was already to be found in the Leopoldino cadastre of the late 1700s. Renovated in different eras, it has maintained its original features and we have taken care of decorating each space with tradition and originality.
The farmhouse consists of two apartments and two large bedrooms, all independent and a small “restaurant”. Everything is managed with simplicity, expertise and passion by Ilaria and Pierpaolo, with the occasional but experienced help of grandma Gina in the kitchen.
Here you will find a family atmosphere and you will be the center of our attentions. If you have children at any age, you will find everything you need for them like a cot, high chair, attention for their special cooking needs, wooden games and board games. We also have a rich selection of illustrated children books, the result of Ilarias experience in the world of children’s publishing.

Casa Simonetta
Bright independent apartment and in the center of our garden. It is about 50 square meters, consisting of two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. In one bedroom it is possible to add a single bed or a cot, in the second bedroom it is possible to add a cot only.
All windows have mosquito nets and each bedroom has a ceiling fan and air conditioned.
The living room has an open kitchen and opens onto a private garden, furnished with barbecue, table and chairs, garden umbrella, a hammock and deck chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare food for 4/6 people.
Casa Maria
70 square meters apartment with independent entrance on the ground floor of the farmhouse. It has a large living room with a sofa, armchairs, table and an open kitchen. From the living room you enter in two double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom and the possibility of adding a single bed and a cot. All windows have mosquito nets and each bedroom has a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare food for 6/8 people.
Outside, a barbecue, a semi-private garden with table and chairs, garden umbrella, a hammock and deck chairs are available for guests.
Casa Carla
Large double bedroom with private bathroom and independent entrance.
It is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. It has a sitting area with armchairs, table and chairs, which leads to the bedroom and bathroom; in the room it is possible to add a single bed for a third guest and a cot. Casa Carla is equipped with fridge, water kettle and electric mocha coffee machine.
All the windows have mosquito nets and the bedroom has a ceiling fan. Outside there is a table with chairs, a canopy and deck chairs.
Casa Bacco
Large double bedroom with private bathroom and independent entrance. It is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. It has a sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, which leads to the bedroom and bathroom.
In the bedroom it is possible to add a single bed for a third guest and a cot. Casa Bacco is equipped with fridge, water kettle and electric mocha coffee machine.
All the windows have mosquito nets and the bedroom has a ceiling fan. Outside, there is a table with chairs, garden umbrella and deck chairs.

-Cooking classes € 85 per person including dinner; - Washing machine and dryier 5€ and the possibility for ironing upon request.

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is usually required to book.
In case of cancellation up to three weeks before the arrival date, we will refund any deposit.
For cancellations less than three weeks prior your arrival date we keep the deposit valid for future stays.
