In our kitchen Pierpaolo offers an authentic italian cooking experience for up to 4/5 people at a time. Prepare with him a complete menu for dinner which we will then all share. During the 3-hour cooking class Pierpaolo teaches how to make pasta (pici and ravioli, or tagliatelle, gnudi…), sauces as well as a meat or vegetables dish and a dessert. During dinner Pierpaolo will explain the final touches and how to present them. Upon request you can also choose together what to prepare for the class.
